I’ll be teaching an Organic Gardening Class starting next Tuesday April 19 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Starr Library in Rhinebeck. There’s a second session on April 26.

Whether you’ve been gardening your whole life or don’t know what dirt is, this course will give you the tools to raise delicious, healthy vegetables using organic techniques.

Topics will include

• History/background of ogrganic gardening
• Soil health- building & maintaining it
• Composting
• Controlling pests naturally
• Proper watering
• Companion planting and many others
