This is not one of my usual “something is going on in your garden” posts (though- time permitting- I hope to have one in the next couple of days).
I was rehabbing a planting bed today and part of that involved removing a bunch of raspberry plants. I saved a lot of them. I’m told they bear a small summer crop and a larger fall crop.
They’re just sitting covered with leaves in my compost pile and need to be picked up and planted soon if they’re going to survive. If you’re interested please use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page.
I have somewhere between 30 & 50 plants and hope to give them to a number of people if there’s enough interest. You’ll be able to pick them up before 10 am or after 7 pm Saturday & Sunday (6/16 & 17). Please don’t just show up, only if you’ve contacted me and gotten a response.
I’ll also be posting on Dutchess Freecycle, but you all get first dibs.
Sorry, I didn’t see your reply until today. The plants are all gone at this point.
