Hi, I’m Jay Levine, owner and Chief Farmer of The Hudson Valley Backyard Farm Company.

I’ve been gardening since age 6 and gardening organically since 2005. I’ve been a laboratory technician, science teacher, landscaper, park developer, and urban planner.

An avid environmentalist, I always look for ways to improve and support environmental health. I earned Masters degree in Sustainable Landscape Planning and Design from the Conway School of Landscape Design in 2001.
