If you can say yes to any of those questions then the solution is a Hudson Valley Backyard Farm Company cooking/organic gardening class or garden consultation Gift Certificate.
All Cooking and Organic Vegetable Gardening Classes are 2 hours long while Vegetable Garden Consultations can be of any length, but are a minimum of 1.5 hrs.
Classes may be held at the Recipient’s residence or the Instructor’s residence in Red Hook (the course fee is reduced if taught at the Instructor’s residence).
Garden consultations will be at the Recipient’s residence.
By clicking on the course titles below you can see the dishes planned for each course and ingredients of each dish. If the recipient of the Gift Certificate is allergic to any of the ingredients please inform the Instructor so a different ingredient or dish can be substituted. Substitutions are also possible regarding vegetarianism or taste preferences. Substitutions may involve adjusting the course fee. Use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom page regarding substitutions.
If you want delivery by Christmas you need to order no later than December 21 for the certificate to be delivered. For the true procrastinators who order after that, but still want it for Christmas, you can arrange to pick up your certificate at our office in Red Hook. Use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom page to arrange for pickup (you will still be charged the standard shipping fee).
